"What a fantastic service! From the moment we entered the shop we were looked after. Given time to browse, given advice all questions answered. We took our own measurements and this was fine, we said we had underlay and grip rods, also fine, no pressure to buy theirs. Given a quote and a fitting date straight away. I was a bit cheeky and asked for sooner fitting date and as it was only for a small flat they said they would fit us in a day earlier. Excellent communication on the day. The lads who came to fit the carpet were on time, polite, quick, they did a great job tidying up and vacuuming after the job was done. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!"

"Absolutely brilliant! Dealt with perfectly whilst in the shop, very accommodating and helpful. Gave our details thinking we wouldn’t hear back for a bit, but received a phone call on Monday to say they could come measure up and by the Wednesday afternoon it was all fitted. The 3 lads that came worked brilliantly together and were a good laugh to chat with. Paid immediately after and phoned the shop to thank them. "Highly recommend this family run traditional business. I was a commercial interior designer for 35 years, so probably know a little more than the average Joe when it comes to carpets. It was a breath of fresh air to discuss with experts who actually know what they're talking about !!! We needed something very specific for our stone stairs and required a bespoke carpet runner. A very specific width and black "whipped" edges. And boy did they come up trumps !!! The fitters turned up on time and fitted the stair runner so quickly !!I was absolutely thrilled with the finished result. The whole undertaking from start to finish was stellar and professional."
